JLPTCraft is an AI-powered study tool that converts text into flashcards, quizzes, and fill-in-the-blank questions. The service is provided by the operator of this site.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Cards and questions are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Users are responsible for verifying accuracy.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use JLPTCraft to: (a) generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the service; (c) scrape or automate requests beyond normal use; (d) violate any applicable laws.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Payments & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
